The Power of Connected Reflections,
Have you ever heard of the concept “everyone is you pushed out”? It challenges our perception of interactions and relationships, suggesting that our external world mirrors our inner thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. This idea reveals the interconnected nature of humanity and its potential for personal growth and self-awareness. To explain it simply, every person you meet reflects what you believe about yourself back to you. For instance, if you doubt your partner’s love, the idea that they can be taken away from you is born in your consciousness. You keep paying attention to it and start to believe it, breathing life into your belief. A third person comes along and takes your partner. That third person is simply a reflection of the oppressor, the doubt, within YOU.
These messengers are not inherently good or evil, but rather reflections of aspects within yourself. By recognizing and understanding the messages they convey, you can use them as opportunities for self-reflection, personal growth, and positive change. Remember, there is no one to change but yourself. When you change your conception and start to believe it and accept it, the people around you will start to confirm it FOR you. The people in your experience will change and conform to your beliefs.
Instead of focusing on others loving or complimenting you, give that love and those compliments to yourself. Say “I have some sick kicks on today” and believe it! In time, another person will come along as the materialized version of that belief. The people in your life are an exact reflection of the person you believe yourself to be. Go within and change your attitude towards yourself, and the people in your life will reflect that change.
